Todd Johnson is the founder of InnovateX Solutions and InnovateX Academy, and a fractional CIO, CTO and Chief AI Officer to Australian organisations.
Across more than fifteen years in technology, Todd has worked through software development, data, architecture, cyber security, transformation, organisational change and leadership. His experience spans Australian government, enterprise environments and the day-to-day reality of small business.
That mix shapes how he speaks. Todd does not treat AI as a magic trick or a tool demonstration. He connects it to the decisions leaders already own: where to start, what is safe, what is worth paying for and what has to change inside the business for the technology to stick.
