Event details
The Masterclass runs on Friday 16 October 2026 from 9am–4pm AEST. It is in person only. The venue is 240 Queen Street, Brisbane.
The venue address is 240 Queen Street, Brisbane. InnovateX will email the venue address to the attendee and include it in the calendar invitation.
The price is $999 plus $99.90 GST, for a total of $1,098.90 AUD. The price covers one attendee per booking. No recording is included.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed after payment is verified. The booking identifies the attendee unless InnovateX accepts a transfer under these terms.
Payment is processed through Stripe. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation by the buyer
You can email info@innovatexsolutions.com.au to request a cancellation. Include the attendee name and business name so InnovateX can find the booking.
If InnovateX receives the request more than 14 calendar days before the event starts, the buyer receives a full refund.
Within 14 calendar days of the event start, including a request made exactly 14 days before, the booking is non-refundable. The booking may transfer to another attendee instead.
Attendee transfers
Email info@innovatexsolutions.com.au as soon as practical to request a transfer. Include the original attendee name and the new attendee’s full name, work email, business name and mobile number.
InnovateX will confirm the change by email. A transfer changes the attendee only and does not create another place.
Cancellation or rescheduling by InnovateX
If InnovateX cancels the Masterclass, InnovateX will issue the buyer a full refund.
If InnovateX reschedules the Masterclass, the buyer may choose either to transfer the booking to the new date or receive a full refund. InnovateX will contact the buyer with the available choice and practical next steps.

InnovateX uses booking information to process payment, manage the event and contact the attendee about the booking. Read the privacy policy for more information.
